Real-time Call of Duty live scores, CDL match results, tournament standings, and upcoming schedules from the global professional scene. We track the Call of Duty League, Major events, and Challengers qualifiers continuously, providing fast and structured updates from every stage of competitive CoD.
How we track CoD
Coverage spans every CDL Major, the regular-season Qualifiers, the year-end Champs, and Challengers (the tier-2 feeder) when broadcast. Match data is provided by PandaScore and is cross-referenced against the official YouTube broadcast. Live scores typically update within 30–60 seconds. Brackets and standings refresh continuously.
How to watch CoD live
All CDL matches stream exclusively on the official Call of Duty League YouTube channel (youtube.com/CODLeague) – Activision's YouTube Gaming exclusivity deal means there is no Twitch broadcast of the main feed. Team watch parties run on individual franchise channels, but the canonical feed is YouTube. The CDL casting team – Maven, Merk, Studyy, Ovi, Xander – has been steady for years and is a big part of why the broadcast feels consistent across title transitions.
Frequently asked questions about CoD
What is the Call of Duty League?
The CDL is Activision's franchised pro circuit. Twelve city-based franchises compete in five Major events plus the year-end Championship (Champs), with online Qualifier matches between Majors. The franchise model carried over from the Overwatch League launch playbook; buy-in was reportedly $25M per team at launch in 2020. The CDL has held up better than OWL did, but the franchise model is still controversial in the broader esports world.
Why is the CDL only on YouTube?
Activision signed an exclusivity deal with YouTube Gaming in 2020. All official CDL broadcasts are on youtube.com/CODLeague – there's no Twitch presence for the main feed. Team watch parties happen on individual Twitch channels but they can't legally show the official broadcast directly. It's an unusual setup compared to the rest of esports.
Does the CDL play whatever new CoD just came out?
Yes – and that's a real challenge for the pro scene. Each new title brings new mechanics, new modes, new maps, and a new meta. Players have a few weeks at most to adjust before the season starts. Some titles have been better-received competitively than others; the community is vocal about which years felt good and which didn't. This year-on-year turnover is unique to CoD among major esports.
What modes does the CDL play?
Three modes per Bo5 series: Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, and Control. Hardpoint is a moving capture point with a respawn-based playstyle; Search & Destroy is round-based with no respawns (the closest CoD gets to CS); Control is attack-and-defend. Map and mode order is set by the season ruleset – Champs typically uses Bo7 grand finals.
