How we track R6
Coverage spans every BLAST R6 Major, the Six Invitational world championship, and the regional pro leagues – NAL (North America), EUL (Europe), LATAM, APAC North, and APAC South. Match data is provided by PandaScore and is cross-referenced against the BLAST and Ubisoft broadcasts. Live scores typically update within 30–60 seconds. Brackets, standings, and stream URLs refresh continuously.
How to watch R6 live
BLAST runs the official Rainbow Six broadcasts on twitch.tv/Rainbow6 and twitch.tv/BLASTR6, with simultaneous YouTube streams. Regional pro leagues each have dedicated Twitch channels (twitch.tv/r6esportsna, /r6esportseu, /r6esportsla, /r6esportsapac). Multi-language casts run for major events in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Japanese. The R6 community is smaller and tighter than CS or LoL – that's part of the appeal.
Frequently asked questions about R6
What is the Six Invitational?
The Six Invitational is Rainbow Six's annual world championship, organised by Ubisoft and traditionally held in Montreal each February. Twenty teams qualify through year-long Pro League and BLAST Major performance. Format is a group stage plus single-elimination Bo5 playoffs. The community-funded prize pool model (similar to TI's old Battle Pass) makes Six Invitational bigger in dollar terms than most R6 events combined.
How does the BLAST R6 circuit work?
BLAST took over Ubisoft's tier-1 production in 2024. Three Majors per year (Manchester, Montreal, and a third rotating venue) host the top regional teams, with results feeding directly into Six Invitational qualification. Between Majors, the regional leagues – NAL, EUL, LATAM, APAC North, APAC South – run their own seasons.
How are R6 matches structured?
Each match is a Best-of-1 round-by-round game on a single map, played first-to-7 with overtime at 6–6. Tournament series wrap multiple maps into Bo3 (groups, playoffs) or Bo5 (grand finals). Each map has a side-switch at the halfway point – three or four rounds on attack, then defense.
Where can I watch?
BLAST runs the official broadcasts on twitch.tv/Rainbow6 and twitch.tv/BLASTR6 with simultaneous YouTube. Regional pro leagues each have their own Twitch channel (twitch.tv/r6esportsna, /r6esportseu, /r6esportsla, /r6esportsapac). Multi-language casts run for major events. The R6 community is smaller and tighter than CS or LoL – peaks in the 100k–300k range – and the broadcast feels more intimate as a result.
