RL B8 knock out Legacy at IEM Beijing
B8 won 2-1 against Legacy on Tuesday in the Group A lower bracket at IEM Beijing, ending Legacy's event.
B8 sent Legacy home from IEM Beijing on Tuesday with a 2-1 win in the Group A lower bracket. Legacy came in as the favorites, but B8 have now won all five meetings in our records.
Mirage decided it
B8 took Dust2 after Legacy had twice tied it in the second half, and Legacy answered on Cache without trailing once.
Mirage started badly for Legacy. B8 won the first five rounds and led by six at the break.
Legacy, on the T side for the second half, won six of the next seven rounds to get within one. B8 took the last three and closed out the series.

On paper Legacy were the stronger team. They were 9th in the Valve Regional Standings released on Monday, with B8 28th, and Polymarket listed Legacy at about 57% before the first map.
The head-to-head disagreed. Our records go back to July 2025, and B8 have won all five meetings since the first in September, three of them over the full three maps.
