RL NAVI come back on both maps to eliminate B8 in Beijing
Natus Vincere won 2-0 against B8 on Wednesday in the Group A lower-bracket semifinal at IEM Beijing, after trailing early on both maps.
B8 won the first four rounds of both maps against Natus Vincere on Wednesday and still went out of IEM Beijing. NAVI came back each time and took the Group A lower-bracket semifinal 2-0.
Two slow starts, two answers
On Ancient, NAVI were still four rounds behind after six rounds, then won the last six of the first half. B8 came out of the break with three straight rounds to go back in front, but NAVI won the last five rounds of the map.
Dust2 opened with B8 four rounds up once more, and this time NAVI replied with six in a row. They led for the whole second half and reached map point five rounds ahead.
B8 still had one more run in them: four straight rounds to get within one, before NAVI closed out the series.
