RL NAVI grind back from a map down to reach the IEM Beijing playoffs
Natus Vincere won 2-1 against Team Falcons on Wednesday in the Group A lower-bracket final, and Falcons are out of IEM Beijing.
Natus Vincere lost the opening map of the Group A lower-bracket final on Wednesday, then took the next two for a 2-1 win that knocked Team Falcons out of IEM Beijing. NAVI take the group’s last playoff place.
A perfect half on Mirage
Falcons took Ancient, but only after NAVI had led it. Falcons were ahead at the half, gave up four straight rounds after the switch, and then won three of the last four to take the map.
NAVI never trailed on Inferno, and the decider on Mirage was over almost before it started.
NAVI won every round of the first half. Falcons took the first three after the switch, and that was all they got.
NAVI’s w0nderful finished the series with the most kills on the server.
